Genuinely i don’t know for sure who you are, but I’ve got a possible couple of theories 
In the last 2 months I’ve had quite a large number of reels in for minor repairs and service work 1 of which kindly left my son a little gift in the reel box which he’s enjoyed watching so thank you.
Yesterday he received an extremely thoughtful gift through the post and I hope I’m not barking up the wrong tree assuming it was a gift from a previous satisfied customer from bfw. A lovely little selection of floats, rig bits etc landed on my doorstep and quickly made its way into his ever growing tackle selection.
