I'm not flocking out on the rivers until mid July after the nutty season is overand things become nice and quiet again.

I went first day last year,saw loads of anglers on opposite bank to me,rest of season didn't see another angler there!
Think lots give up and head back to the carp puddles after a few weeks.

Will probably just be me and thee ont derwent ps will meet up first week of season. You'll have to show us how to catch those big gudgeon

No worries Dave, will be fishing two weeks solid from 16th. You've got my e-mail address, give us a couple of days notice. Those big gudgeon should be ready for a go just in time, they've been seen spawning.
