Anybody see the seal eating a carp on the Severn? Above the weir too!

Large carp, difficult to say but close to 30 one would think?

Was just on points west, maybe on Iplayer or YouTube later...

Missed it Andy, but read about it on the other thread. Not usual for them to get that far up the tidal. Would have loved to have seen it waddling out of the weir onto the ham and back up into the non tidal. Not too concerned, plenty of meal sized zeds to plough through and hopefully a one off.

If its the same one, I posted about it a few weeks ago....
It was in the Dead Arm eating Pike and Lower Lode (below the weir) eating carp.

Its meant to have been moved.
