Realised I’m not going to be putting in long hours piking again so these won’t be getting any use. Must be 40 years old now, were very highly thought of back then & still up to the job throwing half mackerel a long way.
Black glass, 11ft, Fuji’s, full cork with FPS reel seats. 2 3/4lb t.c. I put a very thin coat of matt varnish on them years ago. A few nicks in the varnish & some signs of wear on some ring frames. Whippings are all good. Handles are very good with the exception of one butt which is an easy repair or a pair of caps could be fitted. Spigots are not worn.
Postage with UPS seems very pricey at about £37 but would very much prefer pickup – I’m in Ripon, 5 mins from J50 on the A1 North Yorks.
Really want to avoid the clowns on Ebay so hope they would be of interest to someone here.
