after a long time off work I needed to shed a few pounds so purchased a road/race bike (mistake) as I was off for two years after a back injury, I need to be upright on a bike so require a mountain or hybrid bike.
my bike is full shimano spec with all extra's. if you send your email ady I will send a picture as I can not work out how to ad one to this thread.
