Sundridge hot foot boot liners

Can any one help??. I've got the old style hot foot boot although I've only had them a year or so all the replacement liners are made for the new style boot :(.
Do the new liners fit the old boot or dose any know of a shop/site where I can get the old style liner .

If you do find out let me know, I struggled to find replacement liners and bought new TFG boots as a stop gap until I can get some. The boot outer is still hardly worn but the liners have seen better days, not surprising really with my feet stuck in them for hours on end!

I had this prob a few weeks back, I ended up with some deri boots and my feet have never been so warm.

Sundridge Liners

Scaz discussed this me last night and I asked "er in Doors". she reckons that it is quite straightforward to make these liners, the main problem being that an overlock machine( I think, if I heard right )would be needed. Leicester would probably be a good starting point. If there is enough interest, then it might be worth investigating. The material would probably cost a couple of quid or so and to cut down on costs, it would be worth keeping the tops that fit over the welly, or even try and dispense with the tops.

So we know what you'll be doing on Saturday while waiting for a take. With so few takes on the Soar you'll have time to re boot all of us. Don't forget your sewing needle Jimbo :D

I have an Overlocker in my loft from when my wife used to make curtains for a living :) Any sensible offers considered :D

I think that it has to be a fairly substantial machine neither am I sure which particular machine is suitable for the particular job in hand.

Sundridge Liners

Continuing this thread and notwithstanding the fun poked at me by Scaz, Leicester is probably the best place to get these made. If there were the demand, I suppose that I could make enquiries, but I don't want to get stuck with 100 pairs of unwanted liners as I strongly suspect that there would be a minimum order.

Don't forget Jim they come in quite a few sizes. I wasn't joking. For all the fish we're catching latly we might just as well set up a sewing club. Perhaps we could get Simon to knock a few pair out too. :p
Are you fishing Friday night and Saturday afternoon/evening??.
Speek soon.

Get one of those CNC machines Jim....even if it hasn't got the correct programme, all you have to do is re-boot it.............

Cheers, Dave :D

I did contact Sundridge last Friday but as yet on reply. I don't hold any hope of one either now. I've only had my boots for two years and bought them because of the fact that I could get replacement liners. The new linser are about 1.5inch shorter than the old oneso won't fit the boot.

Hotfoot Boots

I have a pair of Size 10 hotfoot boots, and since buying Skeetex Field Boots and Muck boots, I haven't worn them for years. If anyone wants them then please let me know.

The liners are in good condition.
