Stinky bait returns..

Have heard that Dynamite baits are to reintroduce their Meaty Fish Bites. These were ace, so interested to see if they're as good as they previously were. I'll leave it to someone else to do a taste test!

Found these the other day in my 'bait bunker'. Old stock but on opening still looks and smells 'good'. 5 tins of each.......

I see that dynamite baits are bringing back the meaty marine groundbait in a plastic container now though and not those dangerous tins and the return of the meaty fish bites.....

It's a close rival Derek , now what we really need is Garlic meaty fish bites , now those would truly stink to high heaven

I always used to drain and save the oil from the meaty bites for soaking other baits in - especially luncheon meat and meatballs. Caught plenty and the oil would keep for ages when kept in a freezer or fridge. The oily coating was also great for retaining other coatings on baits eg. trout pellet dust, curry powder, Cajun seasoning.

Yes , it's good clingy stuff bob , nightmare if you get it on your clothes though . Only downside of meaty bites are they are the best eel attractant known to man :)

To answer my own question, or try, I rang Dynamite, and they suggested I ring Shimano, who distribute Dynamite, they asked me to ring Dynamite again and after a bit of effort they 'admitted' to having a notion the product might possibly be re-launched the beginning of 2016.

All very secret it seems, I did tell them however the product is eagerly awaited, and advised them to press on with development. :)
