spade end electronic hook tyers

With the close season being here ive just started restocking my spade end hooks to nylon.
I currently use the Drennan hook tyer (if on the bank) or a Matchman tyer on a adjustable measuring rail (bench mounted) when at home. All of which do the job but I could remember buying a Shakespeare electronic tyer when I was a boy and a quick search on ebay found a design that looked very similar in all but colour (I remember the Shakespeare one being bright orange)
The funny thing is that I cant ever remember using this tyer so I am in the dark as to if the end result was good or bad but I can recall paying £13.99 from Bennets mail order when I was around 12! It was a lot back then!
Those on ebay range from £6 -£10 for what appears to be the same model - just wondering if anyone has any experience of these?

I've got a manual one but for some reason can't get the hang of it and just get frustrated! A pack of hook to nylon's are the same price as a pack of hooks so I gave up.
Sorry that doesn't help you in any way, just wanted to get that out!

Once you get the hang of it Rhys they're superb, plenty of tackle shops will show you, technique when drawing the line tight and what direction to pull on makes all the difference

Dunno, as seems to fall apart when I pull it tight, like I say, hook to nylons are just so cheap so I just buy them.
