Soft flurocarbon????

i had the same problem with this product, and it is not cheap, i too have not used it since.

Beware the ambitious BS claims, most Fluro,s are overstated by 20% or so . !5lb X-line breaks around 12.5lb or so, most of the others are similar, also some strangulation type knots are a no-no, ie the 5 turn grinner. I use a 4 turn Mahseer knot, very reliable and a fig.8 loop knot is good. Buy by diameter not BS, get close to your favoured mono diameter and it will be stronger!
