Could anyone tell me just how small Snugpak Sleeka Elite, or similar Snugpak jackets, pack down to?

Hi Terry , i recently bought a snugpak sleeka jacket. I've just measured the little bag it stuffs down into. Its 30 cm,s long, and 20 cm,s wide. Or roughly, 12" x 8".

Cheers Derek, had been wondering if one would pack into a rectangular side pocket (3"x6"x8") of the small pack that I tend to use...but it obviously wouldn't (not without 4" sticking out of the top anyway). Thanks anyway.

Hi Terry, its as light as a feather, you could use the draw cord on the bag to tie it on, you wouldn't know it was there.

I have always heard and read good things about these jackets, they are highly recommended by servicemen and all who wear them. However, it beats me how something so thin that it can be compacted down to a package that small can possibly be warm. The miracles of modern science
