Bit of a boring one but thought it was about time I replaced the decades old sling and don't want to kiss alot of frogs to find my prince of weigh slings. Any recommendations for a barbel sized weigh sling. TIA.

Obviously there is the normal sack type slings which all fold up tiny and are great but this one folds in half and is pretty solid:

If JRC still make em they are good slings , and the garage winter mice preferred to chew up the newer NGT one .

The new Drennan specialist large sling is decent . I have one of each size . Comes in a little wallet to pack in to when not In use .

Not that I weigh many fish unless they look half decent, I use a prolgic quick release adaptor on my pole and just unclip it and then weigh it in the net,a lot less faffing around a and less time out of the water for the barbel
