I've just bought a shimano 5500 xtd and fancy another and been looking at the 5509xtc too. Is it worth the extra money buying the xtc over the xtd? Thanks

I don't know about the xtcs but i've got a pair of xtds I use on the Trent and think they're great reels for the job!
