I got my nephew these rods the other day he asked me what's the difference in these and the fx I couldnt answer only one has a white tip. Does anyone know the difference Fox Duolite Specimen 12ft 2.75lb ARD054 rods Fox Duolite Fx specimen rods 12 ft 2.75

Yeah - one's just a carp rod and the other's a fx carp rod.

Salesmanship, probably the same blanks?
It happens a lot with beach rods . What is yesterdays best can be tomorrows best with
new whippings , different guides maybe a different laquer, and an elevated description . Same blank , new clothes .
