Riverside accommodation request

I'm looking for some suggestions for accommodation for a long weekend.
  • Can be anywhere in the country as long as it is picturesque
  • Must allow dogs
  • River withing walking distance preferred
  • Access to areas where wading can be done, either coarse fishing or game fishing
I've had a look at the directory, but many of those don't allow dogs.

We stayed in Hole in the Wall, Ross on Wye last year. The river is a 4-minute walk but you need to book it on the Fishing Passport (beat name = Foy Bridge).

The swim directly over the bridge is perfect for trotting and we had some great fishing one evening after a day on the feeder. In fact, it’s probably my most memorable fishing ever as the scenery is stunning especially as the sun was setting.

Watch this video as the guy shows the accommodation (he has a dog) and he fishes the same swims we did.
