rivers in Norfolk/Suffolk

Hey there all I was just after some help and information. can anyone let me know of any good rivers in the Norfolk/Suffolk area for general river fishing. I have been fishing the Waveney for a while but there is not a huge amount in there. I have looked at the Suffolk stour but before driving 1.5 hours to get there from Lowestoft I just wanted to know what the catch report is like if there is one at all. any information will be most grateful. I know this is a barbel webpage and I am not talking about barbel unless there are barbel in these rivers but I am just keen to get the line wet and catch fishing regardless. that's what we fisherman/women do I think.
many thanks and tight line Alex

LAA is well worth a look....
They have a lot of water on the Suffolk Stour, and a fair bit on the GT Ouse,
Used to fish it a lot, but not so much now, if you'd like some more precise info drop me a PM....
