River Marne

They are certainly in a few rivers out there however fishing for barbel there is very niche as the french think they taste horrid. I will try and dig out more info for you today

I have only seen roach and bream in the Marne but they should be there as the Marne goes into the Seine and they are in there. My friend lives in France and catches barbel in Le Loire near Tours.

Tours is another area I was looking at . Its hard to track down info on river fishing in France , as lots of it seems to be free .
