Protect hares and their young from shooting during the breeding season

Presently there's no close season on hunting hares. Now I know this is nowhere near a "strictly barbel" topic, but it's got the widest audience on here so (Admin, delete if deemed 'inappropriate').

Done mate.

Terry… I’ve added a post on my LinkedIn, and my wife has added this on Facebook.
Let’s hope we can get the word out there to as many people as possible.

Signed - my other half has just read a book called 'Raising Hare' which has totally captivated her. She's been out hare spotting most days this week. I'll be reading it next...

We back on to fields, we see Hares very often and would be of a murderous intent if we saw anyone shooting them.
We have enough to contend with the reality that 'our' Pheasants are shot for fun, but at least there is a close season.
Signed, and thanks for highlighting Tel.😐
