We call on the Government to stop the shooting of hares during their peak breeding season, by establishing a legally enforceable close season for hares in England and Wales, from 1st February to 30th September.

We back on to fields, we see Hares very often and would be of a murderous intent if we saw anyone shooting them.
We have enough to contend with the reality that 'our' Pheasants are shot for fun, but at least there is a close season.
