Peregrine Flood Rod

Not been on the board that much this year more on the old one so resisted the temptation

from memory the material is different MK2 only came about when Roger could not get the same material for the tip

The Mk 1 is unique and follows the concept of having a proper soft tip ,after this was built into a carbon rod, following my glass rod being superb, but lacking a bit of power with the bigger leads.
My original glass rod was a cut down ABU Matchmark 13ft float rod.

The material used in the tip of the mk 1 became unavailable apparently.

The MK 1 tip is very flexible, almost glass like.

Chris Thanks

I assume that would mean the Mk1 tip would be thicker?

Yes ,Steve,but much more flexible.

Do you remember the Shakespeare Ugly Stik Feeder Rod,that was a cracking bit of kit,and the Mk1 Peregrine followed the same principle ,I thought.

AND ,it's the one to get hold of ,fact.
