Just purchased 1 of these off 7dayshop.com and am very impressed. I think it will be an ideal tool for doing those fiddly little jobs ie rig tying etc after dark puts the light beam just where you want it without spooking the fish with a head torch etc which can "spray the light everwhere as you move your head.
