Oxford day ticket stretch

Yes it's short notice , but I only found out a few hours ago

I need to go to my office in Oxford tomorrow morning , as it's a Friday the traffic will be even worse for the return trip , so I'm looking to let the traffic pass .

Can anybody point me in the direction of a day ticket stretch of river with a chance of a barbel ??

The Thames is on the doorstep and pretty sure most of it will be free fishing. Bit further upstream from me so I can't help further but perhaps post on the river reports page for some local info?

If you are after a barbel, chances are pretty slim but a good days fishing is possible. Check out ODAA's website they do day tickets on the bank and choose whichever venue suits your direction of travel.
