She’s a really nice example of the 1st generation of normark match rods.
It’s 100% complete and original. No tip loss, no whipping or ring replacements and no repairs whatsoever. Original rod in original makers bag.
Normark microlite 13ft MK1 rod. original diamaru Japanese blank with the black anodized slider reel fittings, double legged Fuji guides and very vibrant claret red whippings. The red velvet bag is completely original
Things to note
It’s an extremely clean example but it is used and probably 35 years old. The forgrip on the cork appears to of lost a lot of the filler that is often put into the imperfections from new. It is completely normal to lose this filler over time and the important thing is the cork itself is still very good.
There’s The odd little mark on the blank itself
I think it’s quite a rare example of an iconic little rod. The action is just dreamy.
