Old school sheakspear reels

Hey iv been offerd a couple of old reels but don't know if its old tat or actually half interesting!
First is a sheakspeare alpha 040 reel silver metal body

Second is a sheakspeare sigma 2860 center pin

Any info would be great also i have been tempted to get a pin for trotting would the pin be any good? Thanks stu

Hello Stu

I would keep your eye on ebay and look for an okoma or a more well known proven model rather than this reel

Any Youngs maybe a rapidex or trudex are good

They are best if they dont wobble but a little wobble is still ok for most fishing

Cool thanks for that i was just asked to help some one who knew nothing about fishing sort some kit n these reels were the only things that lookd of any value thanks again
