Now Sold. Harrison Rods for Davis Tackle 12.75' Barbel Trotter

Unused rod as above. Still has shrink wrapped butt. Standard Harrison grey blank with burgundy whipping. Butt and middle section have double leg rings, top section has single leg. Includes a proper 3 section cloth bag. Davis Tackle do not appear to be selling these rods any more. Should make a nice Christmas present to yourself. Equivalent Harrison blanks are currently in the region of £140.
Looking for £120 plus postage which is being quoted on Royal Mail parcels as £8.70 which includes insurance up to £150.
Will be packed in a suitable plastic tube and wrapped within the tube in bubblewrap. Payment through Paypal only. Or collection from my home in Swindon, cash on collection.

Nice rod. I'm guessing it's an Interceptor float relabeled for Davies Tackle. They will land anu barbel that swims.

Larger parcels (up to a maximum of 4 metres in length and girth combined and 2.5 metres in length) can be sent via express48large, our large parcel delivery service.


Hello Alec, No offence taken. The above is copied off of the Royal Mail site re parcel sizes. Must admit I was a bit surprised at the cost but have rechecked and £8.70 is correct for the dimensions 140 cm by 6cm by 6cm. Royal Mail must have changed their maximum parcel length. 2 piece 10' rods and above would still be expensive though as maximum length would exceed 1.5m when packed. The orange links work so you can check yourself.

I got stuck with extra costs with a 3 piece 12' as that was just over 1400 but your news is most welcome. Nice rod too!
