North western barbel specialist vs lake specialist

I recently came into a pair of kevlites that look identical but have different model names, so I was wondering if anyone here might know the difference between the barbel specialist and lake specialist rods produced be North western?


Both are:
-12ft
-1.5lb t.c.
-Screw reel seat
-Have screwtips
-Same ringing pattern
-Action feels very similar when playing with them at home
 
I might say that they were the same rod but only way to tell would be to put them side by side in a jig or brace and hang the same weight from each.
