You're right, on the TAF forum an old thread from 2013 has been resurrected after a member received threatening emails supposedly from the girlfriend of the claimed captor.

IIRC there was a series of ludicrously inflated fish weights claimed which caused all sorts of debate but in the end it was claimed that an ex girlfriend was posting these as a way of discrediting her ex. No idea what the truth was.

I read the blog and didn't realise it was a thread started in 2013, as Neil mentioned above it was someone posting yesterday that took it to the top!
