New River Records

I've just updated the river records list with two new records, one for the Yorkshire Derwent and one the Yorkshire Ouse:

Barbel River Records - The Official British Barbel River Records

Barbel river records in association with the Barbel Society. All barbel river records that have been validated as the official record for each UK river.

While we're on new Yorkshire river records, has the recent Aire record been mentioned on here yet? I'm not really much of a one for records meself, but it is good that the official record is no longer about 3 or 4 pounds lighter than fish one hears about quite regularly !! Congratulations to the captor for literally putting the record straight.

Congratulations Mark on the YDAA record also being accepted . Beats the 12lb Barbel from the nidd at Knaresborough 1977 I believe.
