I don’t remember them but it looks splendidly industrial. What’s the paint brush for though?

Cleaning the wires. And a wooden plunger for pushing the meat through.

The later models had removable wires in a frame, which slotted in and out. So you could put in different ones to cut the meat at different sizes.
