Hi lads any one know what the rb-hd means on the Leslie's insight 12ft barbel rods I've only seen rb-su which means stepped up and I know they did a multi spec one but RB-HD I've never seen would really help me out if any one knows. if it makes it any easier the tc is 2.25 Any info would be great :)

Did you just outbid me.

Might have been me Clive if it was just now mate

Lol

Clive if I knew you bidding mate I would have left it very sorry pal.

What about the HD It says RB-HD Sorry if I'm sounding a bit thick chaps

i think its the same one i have, it was made for chucking big feeders on rivers such as the trent severn etc, its a very powerful rod way above the average rod, the 2.25tc is no comparison with a 2.25tc barbel rod, its way more powerful, only use mine in extreme flood conditions, hope that helps.

Cheers chaps heavy duty sounds about right and happen to be will just be the job for what I want it for

If i remember correctly The HD was for "High Density" and as Alan says it was made for big rivers like the Severn & Tidal Trent, its like the RB-SU but with a bit more in the middle for chucking bigger feeders...
Hope that helps.....
If its as nice a rod as the Multi-Specs or SU's then you'll have a very nice rod there....and guess you'll be looking for another in the near future...

Andy

Nice one Andy the rod is brand new if I get on with it I'll try pick another one up
