Korum Day Shelter

Anyone got one ?
Looks ideal for some of these flatter banks on the Trent or some close season carping
But what if I want to fish a tighter swim and only have the day shelter with me , I keep asking myself 🤔
Any feedback greatly appreciated
Price around £95 same as a decent. 50” brolly

I had one, it’s much bigger and a better shape than a brolly, it’s sturdy and I liked how much more you could see out of it. And light for the size

It’s bulkier to carry than a brolly, though, so not great if you don’t have a barrow or can park near your swim.

I was fishing a very windy reservoir and it wasn’t compact enough so I got rid and got a smaller brolly.

I fish the river ribble and by enlarge the banks are mostly pitched not flat for this reason the korum superlite brolley is ideal.

Your korum superlite brolley should come supplied with 2 storm pole attachments remove the central pole attach the two storm poles peg it down.....and it's very robust I can assure you

I've had the Mk 1, Mk 2 ( same as the mark i but with a rain gutter ) and the Mk 3 ( current design )

The Mk1 and 2 were superior quality build IMO but were slightly awkward for transport being banana shaped when broken down.

The Mk3 is a smaller footprint than the MK1 and 2 ( possibly due to the increase of commercial fisheries and the nature of some of the tight swims on such fisheries but covers as much an area as any brolly would ) with an extended peak. All incarnations are stable but the latest is broken down to a straight, more compact form when transported making it easier to lug about.

I rarely use a brolly nowadays when roving and if I do it's for my gear rather than me ( preferring decent waterproofs to keep myself dry ) but if I'm fishing in a situation where I'm plotted up in one swim then it will be either a MK 2 or 3 version of these that I will use over any brolly.

Thanks, just the sort of feedback I was looking for
