Korum Adjuster landing net handle.
1.8 - 2.5mtrs.

Strong, long, and a totally useless understrength plastic clip that allows the handle to rotate...and the net. Such a shame.
Even tried to tighten mini nut holding it..no better.

Don't buy one.

Korum can be good, but like the quivers they made before, the base sleeve being too narrow to put a rod handle with a protector in, I wonder who signs off the products ?

Please pass on to any Korum guys you know.

i have one of these and i had to tighten the clip up from new but mine works ok perhaps i either got a good one or you just got a bad one but i agree korum are not what they used to be seem to cut costs and inferior products
 
They made some cracking stuff and some of it still is but then they bring out stuff that’s just a total disaster
I still cringe every time I see one of those pathetic quick release Net adapters. Who on Earth thought that was a good idea and more to the point ........... what’s going on in peoples mind when they buy one? Asking for a dead fish.
the old hold all’s were great imo. I have one and it will swallow big reels easily. The trick is to place or remove the rods when the holdall is empty. You can’t put rods in if there is a brolley and a net pole in it first.
You don’t need tip, butt or reel protectors with it. It’s a rock hard solid case.
theyve done what a lot of manufacturers do and brought out a number of excellent products in the past then changed them for the worst but survived on the product name.
nets, chairs, ruckbags are just a few examples of what they had really good in the past and destroyed with the newer crap.
I still like some stuff. The rests and butt screws are awesome. The tripods are decent
I bought a folding 3 rod holdall and that’s been good so far.
 
Like most tackle producers now days some good gear and some absolute tat. There pentalite shelter is great and there tripod is bang on but some of their gear is badly thought out tat.

I bought the quick net release , had no problems till it wouldn’t come out , like the idea of releasing my pole in the dark to take fish to mat rather than the whole net and pole , it’s in my bag jammed , won’t be using it again .

Couldn’t trust something like that to support a specimen fish
Strong thread is the only way to ensure your catch is secure in the net imo.

I'm also boughthe one for same reason remove net headebt of long pole and it snaped lifting a fish out the water which I then had to retrieve from the water told korum and they sent a replacement out but I received 2 avid storm pole quick release instead had to inform korum themselves that these state not to be used as net release and they sent a replacement again which will now be for a match net
 
Based on my experience with them, I’d avoid anything with their quick release system. The T Bar that came with my River Tripod’s thread jammed after one use. It still works, as I can just remove the whole bar from the quick release system, but obviously not ideal/as intended. After 3/4 uses the same happened with the other end, it clicked round but wouldn’t undo. Ended up gluing in place and using as above. I bought it second hand, but never used, so no return options. I contacted Korum about it on social media, just to let them know. Ignored.

The net adapter is obviously not fit for purpose and it’s pretty outrageous that something that should be tested with fish welfare well up on the criteria has gone on sale.

I’ve been using their folding spoon net (with a traditional thread) this season. Seems a decent, sturdy bit of kit. Owned bits of Korum luggage, a chair, various terminal bits and a couple of shelters. Their stuff is either brilliant or crap, which doesn’t inspire confidence, especially when parting with ££ for the dearer bits of their range. Reviews on here often help.

A friend had one fail this week at the aluminium thread piece and under no real load either.

I had the quick release net thing. Actually worked well for me until I had a 13lb barbel that needed lifting up the bank a bit, obviously wasn't going to drag the fish up the bank and couldn't get a direct pull from straight above so strain was put on it as I lifted it out. Nearly fell to pieces that day and that was me done with it. Good idea, poorly executed 😕
 
Common sense and general logical thinking would suggest that those net adaptations are completely unsuitable to support any amount of weight before they even need to be tried out. They are plastic! They are fixed and released with the same crap idea used to stop a bank stick slipping.
plastic net splitters are bad enough. It takes 5 seconds to undo a thread. Or use atriangle net and release the poles from the splitter. I’d ban the things if I could.

Drennan for me , I had a play with one of those in tackle shop and reminded me of the old banksticks they used to sell

As has been said Korum have bought out some very good products over the years and also not so good ones.
The latest purchased were the fastmat and the bolt and run kits both excellent kit.
Still using the very first full protection holdall that must be 16 years ago and picked up another used one and a mk2 version as well for a good price.Both very good with plenty of room.
