Korum 6000 Free Spool Reels.

Hi All,

Anybody using these new Korum 6000 Free Spool Reels? I think that they are a pretty new model, anyone any info?
 
From what i can find out these reels are not as good as the previous model the KXI 50 baitrunner, so will not be bothering to check them out.....
 
Don't know anything about them John, and judging by the lack of response, it may be that nobody else does either. It seems to me that the two big boys have it sewn up in the UK, unless you go for an import. Even Okuma baitrunners are not what they were, although some of their pins are still top notch. These other companies like Korum that suddenly start selling reels reels seem to come up with a very 'pot luck' selection, including Fox, who have had some very dodgy ones. I think that because there are only a few actual reel manufacturers in the world, they get what they can from them. Bit like cornflakes mate...the supermarkets 'own brand' version are not a patch on the originals, even if they are all from the same factory....in my opinion :D
