Warm up the back of a 8mm drill bit with a lighter and you’ll open em all up in seconds

Best I’ve found for enlarging the holes in block end feeders I used it on clack caps to let pellets out quicker, it makes a nice consistent clean hole without burring

No better block end in my opinion, just a shame they don’t do heavier loadings

I just cut from hole to hole with scissors.

Dead cows on black caps for more weight.
