I bought 2 Okuma epix pro reels last year.
And one of the reels lost its click when adjusting the bait runner knob.

I rang svendsen sports uk and spoke to jeff in the Okuma department and the nice guy put the part i needed to make it work in the post for free and now its like new again!.
Great reels and great company!!! thanks Jeff!!!
