FOX now do a fluorocarbon line which is coloured khaki (Illusion Trans Khaki). What's THAT about eh?? I thought the whole point of fluoro was its "near invisibility in water" (yeah, right) .. and if its "nearly invisible" in its clear state, why would you want to colour it??
Am I missing something?

Next it'll be camouflage nets ... in funky day-go orange

Thought that Terry , unless it's the way it sinks that is the benifit ?.

On that though , I moan all day long about taking the pva tube lid off , making a bag , but can't find the lid as it's the "perfect " green !. The fish can't see it , so dayglo orange in future Korda !.

Yes you are missing something Terry, you are missing the whole point. Fox come up with a brilliant idea to sell more line and make yet more profit and you very cruelly go and point out the fact that it's a load of illogical twaddle.

You can be very hurtful at times Terry, with not an iota of sympathy for the tender, easily bruised feelings and egos of these poor guys. They probably spent an entire lunch break coming up with this cunning plan, and you go and ruin it. It's the fluorocarbon you are supposed to see straight through fella, not their latest BS master plan

Sorry David.... I apologise profusely.
I'll look for some of it tomorrow when I go to my local tackle shop, as they've got Angler Salt (super new ingredient) on offer at only £10 for 250grms! Bargain eh

I am fairly sure that if somebody marketed dog droppings as the latest must have techno fish catcher , then a core of anglers would go out and buy it.

David, match fishermen used to add pigeon droppings to their groundbait (I think the French started it ).....so dog poo is perhaps not as crazy as it sounds

Actually, it was the undigested bird food in pigeon poo that was supposed to be the business, but it does beg the question....why not just add pigeon conditioner to your groundbait like civilised carpers do
