All joking aside, I’ve had a couple of rods off of Rob and they’ve both been minters, exactly as described and too tempting on the price to turn down. Think he charms them with something as well, had a previous pb Barbel on the Hants Avon on the first outing with a Mark Tunley Avon Chimera.
I do get a sense of impending expenditure every time I see a post of his on the classifieds, but his kit is usually snapped up before I can get a PM or WhatsApp over.
Absolute gent too! Highly recommended.

Wholeheartedly agree. Had four pins from him in the last year or so and all exactly as described in mint condition.
