Hereford river wye stretch

I'm planning on fishing the wye in Hereford on the 16th got my ticket and planning to fish the pool area on the map just before the rapids with a 2 rod feeder and bomb set up.Anyone fished this before and any tips .
Hoping to catch a barbel
Also wondered if the lucksall camp stretch is worth a go any help much appreciated

fished there a few times but always on the float, had a few barbel and small chub but there are much better areas to fish. And of course it depends on the river conditions... if the river is up you wouldn't want to fish there. Parking at Eign I'd suggest walk upstream into the woods and try and get above the old railway bridge on the shingle bank, lots more fish there. That area will be very busy on the 16th I imagine. Lucksall will be busy as well so I leave it alone for that reason.

Is personally be fishing after the rapids in the more oxygenated waters, especially if there hasn't been much rainfall..

the HDAA car parking is off Eign road, turn right at the railway bridge and head down toward the sewage works, which you can google if you are not sure
