Help purchasing a bivvy.

Hey all, sorry in advance for stirring the Hornets nest. Me and the mrs are taking the kids camping next year, we have a four person dome tent, which the four kids will be dwelling in. We also have a blue PUP tent from decathlon which we've had 9 years and is still going very strong, but sticks out like a sore thumb on the river bank, i like to be a bit incognito when fishing, we were going to buy another two person tent, and I said to the mrs why dont we kill 2 birds with 1 stone and just get a bivvy. Cos we do a lot of overnight fishing sessions, soooooo can anyone suggest an excellent lightweight bivvy. And I solemnly swear it will not be used for carp angling as I only fish for barbel😁 Thanks all
 
A lot of land owners wont allow tents on the river bank as it encourages wild camping thats why often it is the rule only recognised dedicated fishing shelters are allowed

Chris, whatever you buy, make sure it has a winter skin, Helps reduce/eliminate condensation on the inside.

Get a trakker tempest brolly with skull cap. I've had loads of shelters this is best I used
 
I had the V2 2 man but decided i liked the features of the new V3 2 man. Used it for a week in france and i couldnt fault it. The cocoon is great as you dont have to worry about carting around an extra skin, ventilation is great and you can leave the cocoon in place when packing down.
 
I think you have made my mind up. Definitely gonna settle at this one. I dont think you can go far wrong with trakker products. 👍🏻 cheers pal.
