Help needed

Hi all . I'm thinking of buying a second hand preston innovations X3 seatbox for £75 . I realise it's not very specialist but I now and then do a little canal fishing and need a cheap box . It's the original one with side draws and a silver footplate .
Does anybody here own one?
Any help or reviews on this seatbox would be appreciated

Hi Hurgen, just found your post. I don't have the specific one you mention but i have the x6 (i think could be x6s, but buried under stuff so couln't get at it to check)not used it for 6/7 years..they are very well made lots of addons available so everything is connected to seat box,(also plastic inserts)which are transferable to korum etc..i found it great to use and comfortable(gel seat).The only thing against them is the weight,they are quite weighty even when empty. I only used mine if very close to where fishing or had my barrow. You could get a wheel kit for them which would be a lot better than carrying (no idea how much they are but should find them on ebay). I'd say have a look at them and feel the weight before you buy one as there newer/lighter versions now..(X3 - X6 is just more drawers i think)..
