12' Harrison Specialist Rod built on the long-standing multicarp/specialist blank.

- Twin tip (1.75 / 2 lb)
- Full Cork handle, fuji DPS18 screw up reel seat, stainless butt cap.
- Kigan 3D Ringing 25/20/16/12/10/10/8/8 (*10)
- (*The 2lb tip has a 10mm Fuji tip ring)
- Black un-ground blank with dark green whippings.

Lovely rod, bought off a mate 5 years ago. It was built by a rod builder in Merseyside whose name I can't remember - to be honest, although its a fantastic rod and all the fittings are perfectly fine - I wouldn't say it was built quite to same standard as you would expect from the likes of Dave Lumb / Vic Gibson / Bob Gill etc would be, but you'd have to be a real tart to worry about that too much. I have always meant to change the tip ring on the 2lb section as it looks a little untidy - if you have the inclination then it's a simple enough job so I'm told.

The rod is in excellent good condition and has only been used a handful of times, I have kept it as its lovely to fish with, and on its only outing to the Warks Avon it handled a 12lb 7oz with aplomb using the 1.75lb tip, but its not getting used and one of my NY resolutions is to thin-out any tackle I don't use.
