Harrison rod query

Hi can anyone help ive just pucked up a harrison rod a 12 ft 2 piece one that looks like a harrison factory built job and is marked up "specialist" and i was wondering what the tc could be , its not a torrix its the one thats got sort of subtle spiralling throughout it feels like 1-1/2 min but not sure any ideas?

Harrison make the so called Specialist blank in 1.5 and 1.75 test, which is plain carbon.

That reminds me, I have a 1.75 in chestnut brown needing to be made up.

Also called 'Specialist' are the Chimera 1, Chimera 2 and Chimera 3 at 1.5, 1.75 and 2.25, but these can be recognised by the weave carbon on the butt and also part of the tip section.

OK most likely to be a 'Specialist' in unground form.
This is the rough feeling surface caused by the resin seeping out of the blank during oven treatment and meeting the spirally wrapped plastic 'overwrap'.

Possibly Paul as they were usually unground blanks and 12' at 1lb 10oz and 1lb 12oz. Usually the Harrison build had them labelled as 'Interceptor'. Still got a couple of 1lb 12oz, although built by moi, but also had a Harrison factory made as well.
Lots of other Harrison unground blanks (as they all are initially unground at manufacture) around. When I order blanks, I can ask to have most of them in unground, ground, painted clear or tinted. The Harrison beach caster blanks (Torrix P1, P2, P3 and Q3) are only available as unground.
