Hi Peter,

Please don't think I'm being horrible, but £500 asking price might be a bit strong. You can buy a pair of brand new ones from Mark Tunley, similar spec, for £480. They are 'off the shelf' however and yours appear custom made for you so no doubt you paid more, but you'll struggle to recover any 'custom made' costs you paid.

However, in strong favour of your sale, I've recently acquired a pair of these Dark Carbon 2.5's myself and having used them a few times now they can only be described as superb rods!

Hopefully someone will make you a strong offer for what are a brilliant pair of rods

i agree and would not want someone elses name on my rod but hey i had mine put on my pair of i-powers
