I got this yesterday from my pal when we met at Decoy. He lives in N Lincs so asked me to list it for him on ebay which I plan to do next week. He used to dabble in Hardy's and I first made contact maybe 10 years ago when I bought my first from him. Its a lovely rod, only criticism I can see is the butt cap is scratched no doubt from fishing from a stony bank. I will be listing it for an auction with start figure of around 275 probably and I know he is looking for 300 plus. Carriage is possible in that I am happy to make ready in a tube for collection for a courier at buyers risk. I am in Essex for collection purposes but happy to take a ride to meet up.

I am travelling from essex on tuesday heading for Lythan/lancs. I will be there a couple of days, then down to Ludlow for another 2.
I anyone en route, fancies this rod then I can put it in the car.
 
Yes I was and am. Been on ebay twice and sold twice to stupid scammers . So still got it.
 
Ps. Correction. First time had offer which I rejected as below starting price. Second time sold at starting price then buyer tried it on so reported him.
 
Paul king bought the hardy. Hope to hear he is happy when delivered by ups to him today so I can release the money to my pal. By coincidence meeting him today at decoy lakes. Did u re buy the seers? Did I see u on FB?

Yes that does look nice. I tried for ages to get one pre COVID . Went for a peregrine in eventually.
