Hardy 15ft Specialist float. No longer for Sale

NO LONGER FOR SALE.

15ft Hardy Marksman Specialist rod.
In as totally new condition.
Unused. With original stoppers. Bag and Tube. ( zip broken on tube)

There one on ebay at the moment
£385 that has cork damage and no stoppers!

Collection only. £320. Very rare and superb rods. I will keep another I have used.

This was the first Hardy I actually ever saw and waggled. Fell in love with the marksman there and then. Probably had all the supero range save the barbel. Not all were great I thought but the floats were. My favourite was the 13 extreme float. Never went longer but still admire the 15. A very good price Graham. Should fly away.

I'm not desperate Rich, just thought I would offer BFW first.
I'll pop it out on Ebay for lot more.

Here are details of the rod. My one is in the same condition apart from the tube zip key needs replacing. There was no tube with the one listed below

They are beautiful the look at and so nicely specced.
I’ve never had one or used one but if they fish as good as they look ……..

I can't comment on how the 15ft models fish, but the 14ft models are superb and great to target barbel and chub with. I have no doubt that the 15 is excellent. Hardy spared no expence when they produced these rods, the quality and finnish is above and beyond.
I'm surprised your not all over this rod like a rash Rich, your new reel would look even nicer attatched to it 😎👍.

Market place. More than offered to BFW members.

I'm suprised it's not sold too.
However I'll give it another day or two and if not gone then probably keep it. Just a shame as I've another this won't be used but retained as new and form part of my Estate😄

I’ve got 15ft rods coming out of my ears mate
And we are now a little too close to Christmas for any more larger purchases.

I’d be very interested in buying Graham, just concerned I’ll struggle to collect, but appreciate you don’t want to post it, if you change your mind about postage let me know

Have you looked at the distance Steven? Leicester to Ross on wye is only a couple hours drive.
A rare expensive rod like that is definitely worth a half day trip out and back and I’m sure you’ll get a brew at the other end.

Not worth the risk posting such a valuable irreplaceable rod when essentially it’s only up the road.

I've driven further for a rod i wanted and at a price that was a no-brainer.
Makes sense to collect rods if its a private sale at a very good price.

No way would I post this, lost £150 when posting a rod before.

No problem. I'll keep it.

It’s just the time of year i think Graham.
I had to stick my kingpin on eBay to sell it and come down on my price slightly.
I reckon a couple of months ago your rod would of been snatched at
