Great Ouse fishing

Buckingham town centre, no ticket needed, its free.
Very much doubt you'll see a barbel but roach, perch and chub are (were) plentiful.
 
plenty of clubs available for the price of half dozen or so day tickets, i expect you'l need a few trips to catch a Barbel :)
 
Hi men ,

A few clubs worth joining , at the price of a couple of days at linear !. Not an option if you are just looking for a days fishing , read the Ouse thread , depressing.

Do what most of us have done...try elsewhere.......the (Gt.) ouse is fairly devoid of big fish now.....due to those lovely cuddly Otters.....
I go up the Trent now, both on the middle and the Tidal......at least there is a chance of some fish up there.....
