I've used the gt60 before and been very impressed with it. I recently respooled a reel with this stuff and had a nightmare with it. Knots breaking at an amazingly light pull for 12lb bs. Has anyone else had this problem or is it down to a bad spool??

Never tried hydroflo but have hydro tuff on my carp rods and think its brilliant.

Hi Nick,
i remember very well the old double strength prestretched line, less than half the diameter ofordinary mono, had similar traits to yours, 1st real pressure on it and it either broke at the knot or came back ike a permed hair all crinkly and curly and i chucked the lot of my wonderline straight in the bin

I used this last year, rubbish!
