Free Spirit Hi S Specialist 1.75 SU

Sorry to be a bit of a pain but I'm after any information / feed back on the above rod. I'm thinking of buying a pair for my barbel fishing but at the price I want to be sure there up to the job.

for what it is worth i have the 1-5tc 11ft advanced free spirit and the 12ft 1-5
specialist and they are superbly well finished and will land any barbel swimming.

I have the big river barbels so if its a river like the trent or severn your fishing I can reccomend them,had mine 5 years now and they also double up as pike and carp rods at 2 1/4 TC
Dont think there like broom handles either they do bend to the butt

just brought one of these rods would these still be ok in a bit of flood water

I Got a pair of the specalist 1.75SU rod's yesterday and had my first barbel on one them. It was a dream ( Not sure about floods though ) The bloke at Walkers said if I wanted to fish big rivers or floods to go for the Big River version but I fish small rivers and have other rods for floods so went for the 1.75s. (Very Nice)
