I have a very special and unique rod available and for sale.
This is one of a pair ( the other I am keeping). It is built on the free spirit CS blank ( 12' and 2lb Tc). I had it made as I was disappointed with the hi s specialist and wanted a rod with a bit more power than the s range barbel seeker.
The CS blank was selected after playing around with a lot of blanks to get the most suitable.
Now the spec- the rod is built with a full cork handle ( with integral isotope) to normal free spirit spec. Double legged ringing with a FS braid friendly tip.
Now the special bit- it ALSO comes with a spare CS tip section which has been built to accept the Free spirit S range quivertips. The rod also comes with 2oz glass and 2.5 and 3oz carbon FS quivertips.
The rod is simply awesome. It's got a powerful progressive action and can be used with utter confidence in normal or flood conditions for big barbel and chub using either top dependant on the methods you are using!
The rod system cost me over £350 per rod ( you will not find these anywhere else- they are unique).
£200 ( no offers)for a complete twintop rod with a set of quivers. Postage at cost or collection most welcome.
As they also make superb tench and bream rods, I MAY be swayed to sell the pair for £400 .
The lucky buyer will be so pleased with the rods! My only reason for selling is, due to my local otter issues, I am now looking to other targets and plans.
