Contact Roger hurst Mike. He practically is free spirit in the uk. He builds all their high end rods for them. If he can’t help you he will certainly know who can
 
If it is repairs then they will direct you to "your dealer".

As Richard says try Roger Hurst who builds the higher spec rods for them but he may only be able to help with those. The lower ranges come in as a finished product I believe. When I needed something "my dealer" quoted a long delivery time but Roger got it sorted straight away.

I have contacted Nathan's and hopefully the parts I require have been ordered and I will receive them
fairly soon.
P.S. It's Chris at Nathan's they don't have a Steve.
