Foy bridge river wye

FOY BRIDGE RIVER WYE ANY ONE GOT ANY INFO ON THIS STRETCH
 
I booked it once for some double handed fly casting practice.

Its short and mostly shallow with double bank access.

it looks like a chub rather than barbel venue to me. The recent catch reports seem to bear that out.

A guy I know who regularly fishes WUF venues in that area doesn’t fish that stretch. He books ages in advance and block books the whole stretch - so if he thought it was good, he would be there.
 
Just got back from my trip to the wye at foy bridge me and my father managed 8 barbel and 17 chub between us not a bad day realy considering how low the river was. First trip to this beat whilst most other beats on the wye are most probably a lot better im more then happy with the session. Fishing for memory’s 👍
