****** IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE - PRODUCT RECALL***
Notice to Fox and Fox Rage customers
It has come to our attention that there is an issue with the independent test facility that was used to certificate our Fox and Fox Rage life jacket ranges. The test facility was not authorized to complete these tests and this has affected the safety of the life jacket. Therefore, we believe as a responsible manufacturer it is only right that we carry out a product recall on all five of the lifejackets we sell plus the gas refills.
The products effected by this recall are as follows:
CIB033 Fox Camo Life Jacket
CIB034 Fox Life Jacket Refill Kit
CIB035 Fox Junior Camo Life Jacket 20-30kg
CIB040 Fox Life Jacket Black and Orange
CIB041 Fox Junior Camo Life Jacket 30-40kg
NIB001 Fox Rage Camo Life Jacket
If you have previously purchased one or more of these items, please return them to the retailer from which they were purchased for a full refund. If you are not able to return the items to that shop (for example if it is no longer trading) please email EuroCustomerServices@ratheroutdoors.com for further instruction.
